BOOKING / ENQUIRY DETAILS:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The balance of the final account including dinner and beverages will be payable on you departure.
• No provisional bookings will be made. Should you need to book accommodation with us, payment must be secured through one of the following options:
  • Full accommodation fee paid into our bank account and a copy of the deposit slip faxed with the details of the booking.
  • Credit card debited with permission from card holder.
  • Official Company Order and vat number.
• Cancellation of conference or accommodation booking: 7 days prior to conference - 50%, 7 days to 24 hours - 100% of total conference or accommodation booking.
• An early check in will only be guaranteed if the room is reserved and paid for 72hours prior to the arrival date and upon the availability of the room.
• Late departure fee of R120,00 per hour will be charged after 11 am and a full rate applies after 14H00.
• Please note, cheque payments are regrettably not accepted.
• Prices are inclusive of vat
• Rooms become available from 14:00 and must be vacated at 11:00 upon departure
• No children allowed under the age of 12
• No food or alcohol is permitted on our premises
• The bar service is available from 10 am to 10pm
• We provide laundry facilities at an additional charge
• All rooms have a kettle with a complimentary beverage pack. A nominal fee will be charged for any additional beverage packs required.
• All rooms in the hotel have mini-bar fridges which will be stocked at your request and charged to your room.
• No pets allowed
• Lords of the Manor does not guarantee specific room type availability. Requests will be accommodated to the best of the Manor's ability
