We take care of it all so all you have to do is reserve your space. Our private conference room is equipped with a projector and screen, a flip chart, multiple plug points, comfortable chairs, tables, linen and free WiFi. We can facilitate 5-60 delegates and have 17 double suites.

We have been told our hand roasted coffee, sourced from Terbadore and skilfully prepared on our traditional machine is great.

CONFERENCE INFORMATION

Based in the KZN Midlands, our four-star boutique hotel is the perfect conference venue. Simply book and arrive with our pre-prepared conference package for groups of 5 or more.   

In your package you get room discounts, conference room hire, conference set-up, coffee and tea on arrival, full English breakfasts and agenda printouts.  

We can facilitate 5-60 delegates and have 17 double suites.  

Our overnight conference package for parties of 5 or more is R1,100  

(per single person room and R900 per double occupancy room) 

Included:  

  • Tea and coffee with a pastry/muffin on arrival 
  • Conference room and facilities hire 
  • Bottled water and Terbodore, artesian cappuccinos during in session time 
  • 1 night's accommodation in a Classic or Garden Suite  
  • 1 Full English breakfast  

Lunch, dinner and beverages not mentioned are billed separately.

  • Party Barn with sound system and bar facilities is free for groups of 12 or more. Please notify us of this request upon booking.
